Santa Monica Art Studios is available for rental for events and film shoots. 22,000 sq. ft. of state of the art artist studios and galleries located in an historic hangar at the Santa Monica Airport.

Clean, white walls are 12' high. Skylights with 45' ceiling at peak. Gallery of 1000 sq. ft. with 8' x 4' door. Gallery of 2400 sq. ft. with 10' x8' doors. Two extra wide corridors 160' long x 12' wide on north and south sides. Exterior patio 160' x 15' on south side accessible by 4'6" wide gate.

Parking on site for 500 cars. Additional parking available close by.

Located near the 10 and 405 freeways.
